Certified Data Applications Engineer
An Applications Engineer is an individual that designs, develops and tests software applications. They work throughout the software development life cycle in supporting application design, analysis, development and testing processes. They coordinate and help in product development by focusing on application development from both user and technical standpoints.

Data Engineers develop and implement strategies and tools for the collection, storage and visualisation of data from varied sources making them available for further analytical processing.
Certified Data Scientist
Data Scientists take large amounts of data (unstructured and structured) and use their skills in maths, statistics and programming to organise them. Then they apply all their analytic powers – industry knowledge, contextual understanding, skepticism of existing assumptions – to uncover hidden solutions to business challenges. To qualify you must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a statistics, computer science or engineering related field.
Our certification committee sit at the end of each month. Fully complete applications for certifications will be reviewed at that meeting. Candidates will be informed shortly thereafter. You can expect to hear back from us within six weeks.
No. Analytics Institute qualifications are based on the Edison Data Science Framework and are Professional Qualifications. They are not designed either to be considered as academic qualifications or to replace them. Analytics Institute qualifications are industry supported.
