Invite only Data Leaders Forum taking place on Thursday, March 10th in the Blue Room, Dean Hotel, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.

This forum is an informal networking event which brings together data leaders to discuss the common challenges and opportunities which arise when building effective analytics capability to deliver business value and to support decision making.

Our discussion will focus on Learning & Development in Analytics. This is a topic which comes up repeatedly in our research as a key issue for member organisations and it is seen as central to retention and requirement of staff.

The Analytics Institute has been busy developing a new Data Skills Framework in conjunction with our partners and with our Education & Skills Expert Group. We will present the Data Skills Framework at this event.

We will also hear from our partner organisation Neueda Training, who will present our Learning Pathways for Data Professionals (comprising of soft skills and technical training leading to certification).

We will also have short presentations from Hibernia College and from Professional Accounting Training (PAT) Group who will share details of their respective Post Graduate Diplomas in Analytics (funded by Springboard).

Finally, we will hear from Paul Nugent, Artistic Director of About Face Theatre Group, who will talk about our Acting & Communications Skills Workshop for Data Professionals taking place in Smock Alley Theatre.

Data Leaders are asked to also invite a representative from their Learning & Development team to attend the event.

Presentations will be followed by a networking session. Drinks and canap├ęs will be served.
