Level: Senior Specialist / Assistant Manager
Location: Burlington Road, Dublin 4 / Remote Working Available
This role is being offered on a permanent basis.
Are you comfortable running workshops with business stakeholders to identify and document data and reporting processes?
Are you comfortable creating and updating detailed technical documentation of reporting processes and associated controls?
Are you organised, proactive, pragmatic, and an excellent collaborator?
We’re looking for someone who can:
•Lead the creation/review of detailed technical documents mapping out the business processes and data flows relating to regulatory and risk reporting processes
•Identify and document the key data management controls across the data lifecycle from system of record through to final consumption in regulatory reports
•Complete assessments of data platforms and reporting solutions to ensure that effective data management controls are in place and operating
•Review and update internal data policies, standards and procedures ensuring they are complete, accurate and aligned to relevant external guidance, such as BCBS-239
•Manage a small team of junior business analysts ensuring they are appropriately skilled and engaged

You will need to show us that you have:
1.For this role, there is a preference for candidates qualified in or studying for business/process analysis, risk and control or audit qualifications.
2.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data/reporting or IT risk/audit management environment.
3.A proven understanding and experience of business/process analysis, data management controls or IT controls preferably in the context of Financial Services.
4.A proven ability to collaborate with other teams including facilitating workshops
Please note: The Minimum Education requirements for entry to AIB is 5 passes in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent), to include a pass in English and Maths. These must be achieved at either Ordinary or Honours Level. Confirmation of this will be sought if successful for the role.
