I am seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join Lincoln Recruitment Consultants’ thriving and growing Data Science division. This role involves working in close partnership with hiring managers from organisations ranging from the biggest brands in the world to some of the most interesting and exciting startups around on vacancies requiring a broad variety of skillsets.
The Data Science division works on roles like Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Data Architect, Data Leadership, Insights Analysts and more – recently even Data Artist!
This would be an ideal role for a Recruitment Consultant who has a technical mindset and enjoys learning about new and innovative techniques for using data to solve real world problems in all sorts of areas like healthcare, transport, consulting, utilities and financial services. With consistent training and mentoring, this is an opportunity to develop and improve your skills with a growing team of like-minded people.
•Demonstrating best practice resourcing and application of sourcing and screening techniques, at volume
•Management of recruitment process end-to-end including client relationship management, managing offers and relaying feedback
•Negotiation of remuneration for candidates and of recruitment fees for new and existing clients where required
•Creative thinking due to non-standard nature of candidates and vacancies
•Opportunities to participate in internal and external promotional events e.g. conferences, meetups, thought leadership events
•Genuine interest in and enjoyment of disruptions like artificial intelligence, data insights, connected devices, autonomous vehicles etc
•Ideally around 1 year of experience in recruitment in Data Science, or in a technical area like software development
•Ability to work in a consultative manner and build relationships
•Highly organised with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple vacancies with multiple clients simultaneously
•Autonomous go-getter interested in growth and developing a successful career in the field of Data Science Recruitment
