In this session we examined why many organisations still struggle to deliver a measurable return in investment from their analytics practice. This can be due to a number of factors including organisation culture, a lack of stakeholder support, poor quality data and the complexity of measuring intangible value. These factors and more were explored to understand how and why some organisations have managed to deliver measurable value while others have not.
The session included a senior panel discussion followed by round table groups.
