Each entry must be submitted on an official entry portal online, within each award category, via awards.analyticsinstitute.org.
The entrant is the person who, if a finalist, would be put forward to members of the Analytics Institute for voting and, if a winner, would accept the award on the day.
Entrants do not have to be a member of The Analytics Institute to apply.
All sectors are regarded equally.
Please ensure that your company is happy that your name and picture is the one that will appear in all publicity if you are successful in reaching the finals.
If you are an organisation nominating your client, please ensure that you are both in agreement about the company name and the entrant’s name as this is the one that appears as the finalist. Please note that dual entries are not accepted.
The initial adjudication of entries to determine the finalists for each award will be based on information provided on the word document submitted for entry. The judges will be looking for responses based on the Award Criteria for each award category. A word document of no more than 1,500 words in total is required for entry.
Additional documentation will be accepted to support each entry.
Only members of the judging panel will have access to the entry form and any additional supporting documentation in Phase I of the process for the purpose of shortlisting.
The judging panel will assess entries against each award criteria.
The judging panel will make a shortlist of three per award category.
Each judge must declare any conflict of interest with any entry. In the event that a judge is working in the same organisation as the entrant, they will be required to step back from assessing this particular award category.
