Rory Moloney is the Chief Operations Officer and Head of Strategic Risk Advisory for Aon’s Global Enterprise Client Group. He is a member of the Commercial Risk Solutions Global Leadership group, and also sits on the board of Aon Broking Technologies.
Prior to joining the Global Enterprise Client Group in 2021, he led Aon’s Risk Consulting and Captive Management business globally. Having initially joined Aon in 2001 he spent his early career in the global broking sector and subsequently in international captive management and Risk Consulting.
Rory’s areas of expertise are in the areas of ERM, Risk Finance, Analytics and Strategic Risk Consulting where he has played a leading role in the design and implementation of preferred risk solutions for Aon’s multinational clients in Europe, Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
Rory is a graduate of University College Cork, University of Oxford, and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
Dr. Robert T. Reville is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Praedicat. Before Praedicat, Reville was Senior Economist at the RAND Corporation and a professor at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. At RAND, he conceived and led the R&D project that provided the foundation for Praedicat. From 2002 to 2008, he was the Director of the RAND Institute for Civil Justice, a research center dedicated to improving public policy related to liability, compensation and insurance. He was also founder and co-director of the RAND Center for Terrorism Risk Management Policy, a policy research center at RAND which published research on terrorism insurance that was influential in congressional debates over the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act. Reville has published extensively on compensation for occupationally disabled workers. He served for two terms on the Board of Scientific Counselors of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Reville received his Ph.D. in economics from Brown University.
Tharishni is a Global Privacy Operations Lead at Aon, where she helps Aon's businesses globally comply with its privacy obligations from an operational, advisory and governance perspective, with a focus on supporting Aon's Global Data and Analytics services. Tharishni is a qualified lawyer and is recognised as a thought leader in the field of privacy by OneTrust Data Guidance, and is a Fellow of Information Privacy and a former Asia Advisory Board member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Currently based in London, Tharishni has written internationally-published articles and conducted workshops and seminars on issues relating to data privacy laws, and has spoken at notable privacy events around the globe, including the IAPP Global Privacy Summit, the RSA-APJ and the Boston Bar Cybersecurity Conference.
Yvonne Jacobi has been with Aon for eight years, becoming chief operating officer for the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) in Dublin in November 2016, extending to the ACIA Krakow team in February 2018. Her particular areas of focus are risk management, data privacy and governance, portfolio and delivery management, human resources, and ACIA financials. Prior to her tenure at Aon, she spent six years in New Zealand in the area of strategy and business planning for the NZ divisions of two Australian insurance carriers. Yvonne holds a master's in business studies from University College of Dublin's Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Deirdre Malone leads EY Law Ireland’s employment law team, working across all EY service lines to offer clients integrated and seamless solutions to employment related queries. In a disrupted working world in which the protection of data is fundamental to the success of businesses, Deirdre advises global multinational and SME clients on risk management, strategic workforce planning/restructuring and HR transactions.
Deirdre collaborates closely with EY’s Tax and People Advisory Services to advise on the legal aspects of employment to include, reward and benefits, global mobility and advisory. Combining employment law expertise with a commercial and solution-driven focus, Deirdre is highly regarded by clients.
Deirdre is also recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners (Europe) for her work in employment law.
Niamh is a Senior Solution Architect at Fivetran. She has vast consulting experience and has led multiple enterprise-wide implementations in Tier 1 banks across Europe in the Fraud Analytics space.
She is passionate about leveraging analytics and data science not just to inform strategy but also execution; to drive impactful value across the business. Her current focus is on enabling and accelerating analytics through building a trusted, governed foundational data layer.

Marco Vernocchi is the EY Global Chief Data Officer, responsible for developing EY’s unique approach to driving value through the use of data. He works across geographies, business groups and functions to embed trust into data as it flows through the business to accelerate transformation. He also oversees how EY builds, scales and industrializes data-driven tools and models internally.
In 2019, Marco joined EY after nearly three decades in the consulting industry with Accenture, where he focused on Fortune 500 companies and world-class clients in the technology and media industries.
Marco combines vision and passion with an international outlook, and is a regular speaker at global conferences. He has an engineering and industrial management degree from Politecnico di Milano.
Lorcan is the driving force behind the Analytics Institute, establishing it as a professional membership body in 2016. It has since grown to represent over 3,000 professionals and 110 corporate, government and SME organisations working in the analytics industry. In this capacity, he also manages the annual National Analytics & AI Awards and the International Analytics Summit held each November.
Passionate about the role of data analytics can play in revolutionising how businesses interact with customers and how Government can better serve their citizens. He is a strong advocate for the Data Analytics sector and has been instrumental in raising the profile of Analytics and AI in industry and government.
An international business executive, Lorcan has done business in over 80 countries with particular focus on the Middle Eastern and Asian markets. Previous senior roles include Global Sales and Marketing Manager with Ericsson Education, Head of Government Sector with BT and Deputy CEO with the ECDL Foundation.
In November 2019, he travelled to Kuala Lumpur for the launch of the Analytics Institute Malaysia and will continue to internationalise the Analytics Institute with his global business experience.

Kieran has over 20 years’ experience working as a Data Scientist, delivering data powered solutions to large global and domestic clients. Kieran has a mathematics and statistics academic background and excels in building and growing data, analytics and artificial intelligence capability, including specialist teams and technology solutions. Kieran is a Thought Leader in the field of analytics and has travelled the world, working with clients across all industries and speaking at technology, analytics and AI conferences. Kieran’s particular expertise lies in designing and delivering data powered solutions that maximise the client value from investments in data and analytics technology, with particular domain expertise in Financial Services and Public Services.
Dr. Sina Habibi is CEO and co-founder at Cognetivity Neurosciences, a company providing early (pre-clinical) detection and remote monitoring of dementia using artificial intelligence and the latest neuroscience. With a PhD in Engineering from Cambridge University, Sina has in-depth experience in research involving nano-technology and synthetic biology, product management, and technology consultancy.
Kevin has a diverse and strong background in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. He began his career in the chemical industry in a variety of engineering & manufacturing roles. He moved to AstraZeneca, where he spent more than 17 years in various local and global roles of increased responsibility in Project Management, Engineering & Technology and in Supply Chain, as Director of Supply Chain Strategy, he was responsible for the development and deployment of the company’s global supply chain strategy. Since joining Johnson & Johnson he has been responsible for the continued transformation towards a best in-class manufacturing organization, leading the strategic Global manufacturing roadmap development & execution. In his most recent role, he is leading Digital Transformation for Janssen Supply Chain.

Louise heads up the Field Marketing function at KX for EMEA and Asia Pacific (APAC). She has spent the past 11years of her career in various Marketing roles for KX, sister company First Derivative and the group FD Technologies plc where she held roles at a country, regional and global level. Louise is a member of the Marketing senior leadership team at KX responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy for regional demand and lead generation campaigns for EMEA and APAC to drive increased pipeline contribution. Louise is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and recently ranked in the Business and Finance, CMO Top 100.
Johnathan is Chief Data & Analytics Officer at AIB where he has responsibility for data management and governance, data engineering and analytics. Johnathan has 20 years’ experience in fields across the whole data lifecycle. He has held senior roles in AIB and the Royal Bank of Scotland, including Head of Data Innovation and Chief Data Officer. Johnathan served on the Industry Steering Board of CeADAR, Ireland’s national centre for Applied Data Analytics & AI.
Johnathan holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from University College, Dublin.
James Platt is Chief Operating Officer of Aon plc, with responsibility over Data and Analytics, Operations and Technology.
Platt joined the firm in 2014 as the leader of Aon Inpoint, Aon’s insurance carrier consulting business, and also served as Business COO and Chief Operating Officer of Aon Risk Solutions. Previously Platt was a Partner in the Boston Consulting Group. He started his career as an engineering officer in the British Army, rising to the rank of Captain and serving across the globe.
Platt is a graduate of Cambridge University, where he studied engineering.
An experienced fundraising and communications professional, Ian has been in the non-profit sector for long enough to have views on most things, many of them since proven wrong by the data. For the past 7 years he has been with MapAction, the inspiring non-profit organisation that enables geospatial, mapping and data professionals to donate their time, skills and expertise to meet humanitarian challenges, saving lives and livelihoods. Away from MapAction Ian is also a Board Member ofH2H Network, a Geneva based non-profit helping to make the global humanitarian system more effective. Ian knows little about data science, but for two weeks in 1994 was ranked #1 in the world at EPL Fantasy Football. He's not been remotely close to such a rank since.
Dave is an Accountant turned Data Analyst and is the founder and MD of the Information Lab in Ireland. Dave and his team work with thought leaders in data analysis in enterprise organisations to help them design a better data experience.
Patrick is an Advanced Analytics Program Manager with the Advanced Technology Centre of Excellence within the Janssen Supply Chain. He has key focus and passion on creation of Business strategy surrounding advanced analytics solutions and ensuring Technology is integrated into the business in a robust and sustainable manner. Patrick’s work has contributed greatly to many of the recent advanced analytics successes across Janssens Manufacturing Platform. More recently the work Patrick lead was one of the key initiatives that supported the world economic forum recognizing the Janssens Biologics facility in Cork, Ireland with lighthouse status. Additionally, Patrick has led the advanced analytics and technology efforts to support Production of J&Js Covid-19 Vaccine across Janssens internal and external facilities.
A passionate and self-motivated professional business development and commercial manager with a technical background. Dr Trevor Dhu has 20 years of experience connecting science and technology to environmental management problems across the globe. In his current role as Microsoft’s Asia Lead for Sustainability Science, Trevor is helping Microsoft to achieve its sustainability goals ensuring that we’re led by the best available science globally and co-innovating technology-enabled sustainability solutions. Prior to joining Microsoft, Trevor led the establishment of Digital Earth Australia a continental scale analytics platform that is helping Australia use satellite data, environmental science, and machine learning to change how it manages its natural resources. He has also worked on programs ranging from environmental management across the entire African continent through to disaster risk reduction across the Asia-Pacific region.
David, the founder of Clear Strategy, is a leading business and technology professional with over 20 years' experience in Data and Analytics. Throughout his career, David has worked with many leading companies, across multiple industries in Ireland and the UK, helping them define their Data and Information strategies and gain maximum return from their resources and investments.
With his very strong commercial focus, David has helped shape and drive innovative solutions to meet, and exceed, customers' needs.
David has led many large Bl Cloud-migration projects, assisting organisations as they advance from "traditional Data Warehousing" to the new world of Cloud, Big Data, Open Data and loT and is considered an expert in his field.
David holds a BSc. in Business and IT and is also a graduate from the internationally recognised Chartered Director Program through the Institute of Directors.
Eoin O’Reilly is the Head of Data Analytics and Emerging Technology at EY Ireland.
In his role, Eoin helps organisations design and deliver data-driven strategies to help grow revenues, optimise cost and manage risk. Eoin has deep experience delivering analytics and AI projects including reporting and visualisation, predictive analytics, simulation modelling, machine learning and text/image processing.
Martin is a vastly experienced leader in commercial strategy across multiple industries and functional disciplines. Through his career, Martin has gained experience building functional capability and delivering high impact strategic plans across Marketing Intelligence, Consumer Research, Advanced Analytics, Customer Value Management and Business Intelligence. He is now the Insights and Analytics Director at Virgin Media Ireland.
Matthew is international lead for healthcare data science at AWS, focused on the delivery of machine learning, AI and cloud computing to improve patient outcomes and health system productivity.
He has extensive experience of building advanced healthcare technologies, including AI- based triage and clinical decision support and has also worked with international governments on the application of AI and other emerging technologies for policy development and provision of public services.
Matthew’s background includes healthcare analytics, strategic consulting, pharmaceutical development and start-up. He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from Imperial College, London.
Tarun Kataria leads Global AI & ML capabilities at Mars. With over 20+ years of experience in the CPG space, Tarun has formed and led many cross-functional analytics initiatives. He sometimes describes his job as leading a team of Hackers, Hustlers, and Dreamers. With over 20 years working in elite sports environments Giles is recognised as a leader in the field of sports analytics and has seen the influence of analytics continue to grow across sports teams and organisations during this time.
As one of the first performance analysts in the English Rugby Premiership, with Leeds Tykes, Giles created an Analysis Department spanning two different codes of rugby before becoming the National Lead for Performance Analysis with the England & Wales Cricket Board where he was charged with overseeing all aspects of analytics across the cricketing landscape as well as deriving tactical analytical insights directly to players and coaches with in the England Men’s Team at international matches.
He recently assumed a new role in cricket as Head of Analytics and Technology with the Rajasthan Royals in the fast paced and ultra-competitive Indian Premier League.
Adrian is a Lead Solution Architect at Fivetran. He has been working in the Data & Analytics field for 15 years both in industry and as a consultant. He has a passion for working with organisations to ensure they are drawing real value from the data they hold within their business. Eva Murray is a Senior Evangelist at Snowflake and a recognised expert in data visualization. As the author of two books focusing on data visualisation best practices as well as driving data culture through analytics communities, Eva is passionate about helping people understand, work with and fall in love with data. In her role at Snowflake, Eva advises customers on driving user adoption across the business and increasing the role data plays in decision making.
Eva is a recognised leader and community builder in the data industry, having co-led the global social data project #MakeoverMonday for 4.5 years and driven its growth, as well as having founded The Maple Square, a speaker platform for women in data and technology.
Jeff has extensive experience working with data, providing companies with key insights and decision making capabilities through analytical solutions. He has spent more than 20 years utilising Data Warehousing and Business intelligence applications across a broad spectrum of industries, including FMCG, Financial, Pharma and Utilities.
He is now the Business Intelligence and Master Data Lead at Aryzta Europe.
Alun is the UK & Ireland lead supporting enterprise SAS customers in making the move from on-premise analytics to modernised cloud solutions. Focusing on improved business outcomes through optimized, cost effective cloud solutions and moving to managed cloud services. He has over 15 years’ experience at SAS across a variety of roles working with customers across all major industries. This varied experience gives a perspective from all angles and helps him work with customers from an early-stage business case through implementation and to application support.
Dan Seal, SVP, Streaming Analytics, KX
Daniel Seal joined the FD and KX group in 2015. He had spent the previous twelve years developing and running kdb+, market data and analytics systems for Tier 1 banks, including Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. Now at KX, he’s bringing that experience to market as head of KX’s Streaming Analytics
A sales leader for over 15 years, Toni now leads the UKI Commercial Team at Tableau, a Salesforce Company.Passionate about all things Data and supporting Women in Sales, Toni has a particular interest in Data Literacy for the non- technical user.
Nick is a Data Science Manager at Intercom in the RAD (Research, Analytics & Data Science) group, where he leads a small team working on Growth and Intercom's Platform. He joined Intercom 6 years ago as a Data Scientist, and during that time has helped Intercom R&D use data to drive strategic decisions, inform product roadmaps and build new data products.
Prior to Intercom, Nick was an Analyst at the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics.
Nick holds a Master's degree in Medical Physics Computing from the University of Aberdeen and a BA in Computational Physics from Trinity College Dublin
Nathan has more than 20 years’ experience in Formula 1 across Engineering, Aerodynamics and Information Technology. After earning a Masters of Engineering degree from Loughborough University in Systems and Aerodynamic Engineering with Industrial Studies, he started work with a blue-chip military aircraft manufacturer. Nathan then worked for a prestigious computational fluid dynamics (CFD) supplier before starting his career in Formula 1 using CFD.
With a strong knowledge of the Formula 1 landscape, Nathan has a history of delivering solutions that provide Alpine F1 Team with the tools to improve operating efficiency and accuracy while rethinking the way that the business should work in the future. Integrating modern data science practices with more traditional Information Technology services has allowed him to provide unique approaches to engineering process challenges while ensuring that best-in-class tools and support are available to the team.
Recent successes have come from the generation of high-quality and trustable data directly from racing and engineering environments. Using such data to train and run data driven models enabled him to provide insights and decisions of a quality and speed that was simply not possible before.
Nathan wants to see a fully integrated data set connecting all business-generated data to offer new insights. Using the latest AI techniques, he is looking to build a complete picture-data-model and decision-making environment for optimal business outcomes.
Dr. Nanette Solan is the Head of Insights for CarTrawler, a world leading end-to-end travel technology company. With a PhD in Sociology from UCD, Nanette has worked across a number of industries including FMCG, Gambling, Media, and Technology. In each of these roles, Nanette has applied academic rigour to a commercial setting to provide actionable consumer & market insights that blend qualitative and quantitative research.
Most recently, Nanette enabled real-time performance insights for CarTrawler’s B2B partners by leveraging Tableau Embed. These dashboards allow its partners to react dynamically to market fluctuations. This was particularly important in light of the ongoing Covid travel restrictions, which impacted severely on the car rental industry.
Claire has worked in Spatial Analytics for the EPA since 2008. She has been volunteering for MapAction for many years with whom she has been on emergency missions to the Philippines (twice), Vanuatu, Nigeria & Indonesia in the immediate aftermath or the midst of hurricanes, complex emergencies, earthquakes and more amd on preparedness/training missions to Kazakhstan and Trinidad & Tobago. Claire is also a mainstay of MapAction remote response support including in recent years the response to twin hurricanes Eta & Iota in Central Amercia and the recent Haiti Earthquake. Claire also led MapAction's software development team, creating a tool that enabled configuration, layout and export of maps to accelerate map production while ensuring quality, and shaping the development of tools to improve timely access to vital visual information and analysis for those coordinating responses to humanitarian emergencies. Claire was MapAction's volunteer of the Year in 2019.
Chris is an Assistant Professor at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. His work focuses on disease outbreaks and humanitarian emergencies, which has involved conducting studies, data visualisation and analysis, mathematical modelling, spatial statistics, and simulation studies. He's previously worked as a Biostatistician in academia and industry in a range of therapeutic areas. Chris has volunteered with MapAction for 5 years during which he has responded to emergencies in Mozambique, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and Haiti. He is also a MapAction Board Member and data scientist for the UK Public Health Rapid support team.
Joe has worked in health services for the past 15 years, primarily in the fields of improvement, reform and transformation of services. Prior to working in the public health and social care service, Joe spent 23 years in the multinational technology sector working in operations leadership roles with Adobe, Autodesk, Sykes and others.
As National Director of Operational Performance and Integration with the HSE, Joe has responsibility for overall health and social care performance monitoring, reporting and support to the system in driving improvement and integration of services. In addition to this, Joe holds national responsibility for Emergency Planning and Management, Environmental Health and EU & North/South Operations. Arising from the pandemic response, Joe chairs the HSE Data and Information Governance Group and also leads the HSE’s data and legal response to the recent cyber attack.
Joe believes strongly in the power combining expert insight with high quality data and information to drive optimal decision making and performance.
Mark Stopes is a BI professional with over 25 years’ experience of implementing BI solutions and improving business processes within the private and public sector. In the last four years he has established BI & DA competencies within the NTA, formulating and delivering strategy and managing the NTA’s journey into cloud and AI.
