Mick O’Doherty is an experienced technical leader, with a background in communications and cloud software and infrastructure. He has worked across the telecoms, media and automotive sectors in Ireland, UK, Europe and North America, and has had a keen interest in Machine Intelligence and AI since developing very a early neural networks while at College. His current focus in JLR is on the application of Agentic AI in the DevSecOps domain.
Senior Solutions Engineer, Couchbase
Sai Vajja is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Couchbase, the cloud data platform built for modern, data-intensive applications. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Sai partners with enterprise customers to architect scalable, multi-cloud solutions that power advanced AI, real-time analytics, and next-generation applications using NoSQL and DBaaS technologies. He holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science and has a strong focus on helping organizations unlock value from their data through intelligent, cloud-native architectures. Outside of work and spending time with family, Sai is passionate about motorcycling, photography, and playing chess.
Head of AI, Nearform
Cian Clarke is Head of AI at Nearform, with 15 years’ experience building and scaling software across startups and large enterprises.
His work focuses on applying Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and cloud-native architecture to real business and operational problems.
Cian has led the design and deployment of trusted AI systems in highly regulated environments including banking, payments, gaming, and government. He works closely with client leadership teams to move beyond experimentation and into production—combining data, AI, and modern cloud platforms to deliver intelligent, scalable applications.
Prior to Nearform, Cian was a co-founder of ServisBOT, a conversational AI company, and an early member of the FeedHenry team, acquired by Red Hat in 2014. He is an open-source advocate and has authored and contributed to multiple projects.
Outside of work, Cian is an avid sailor and coffee aficionado.
