Cleo McCormack is Director of the Future of Work Institute at Cpl, where she leads work on people-led AI transformation, helping organisations unlock value by enabling people and AI to thrive together. Drawing on behavioural science, scenario planning and future-back thinking, she helps leaders act on what is changing now while preparing for the skills, roles and ways of working still to come. She is the creator of CREDE, a research-based model for redesigning roles, oversight and skills as people and AI agents work side by side. She was formerly Head of Organisational Development at Version 1, where she led the people, skills and communications work behind the organisation's move to AI First, and later Co-Creation Director in its AI Co-Creation Studio, designing the change management approach for enterprise AI rollouts across the public and private sectors. Cleo is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner coach.
