Chris Neubauer is a Data & Analytics and ESG Analyst at BARC. His areas of expertise are software solutions for Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Planning, Analytics and ESG. In his work as a consultant, he advises companies on the identification of usage scenarios and the software selection process, as well as providing support on strategic issues. He is also the author of several BARC market studies and professional articles and leads project seminars on the topic of ESG at universities

Fiona has over 20 years’ experience working in financial services across private and public sector. She has led data teams to deliver data analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data quality and data governance. Fiona is currently the Investment Director leading the Data Analytics/Ml team in the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) in the National Treasury Management Agency and is responsible for ISIF’s data analytics, data quality and governance across investment, portfolio management and related processes.Data Manager, ESB
Afra Ronayne is the Data & Analytics Manager for ESB, responsible for data management, data analytics and AI strategy and development in ESB. As part of it’s Net Zero by 2040 Strategy, ESB has included data and digital as one of the 4 foundational elements of its strategy. Afra is responsible for enabling ESB to become a data driven utility leveraging the power of AI in delivering its strategy.
Prior to this Afra has held a variety of roles across ESB, including Commercial Business Partner for the Asset Development Team and the Strategy, Innovation and Transformation area. She also worked in Investment Management on ESB’s Private Equity Fund. Afra has 20 years’ experience across the energy industry covering both technical and commercial roles.
Afra has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin.

Brian O’Neill is an experienced insurance executive with extensive experience in sustainability, sponsorship, and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability, Sponsorship, and Communications at Aviva, Brian plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand reputation, public policy, and sustainability programme.
Under his leadership, Aviva has made significant strides in its sustainability journey in Ireland, including achieving carbon neutrality in operations since 2006 and progressing with an ambition to become net zero by 2040. Aviva's commitment to achieving its sustainability ambitions in Ireland has been recognised through a number of prestigious climate and Diverse Equity and Inclusion Awards since 2022.
Brian has also led Aviva's CSRD/Non-Financial Reporting Programme since 2023.
