Dairygold
In this session we will discuss the rollout of our new hub and spoke, data & analytics operating model within Dairygold. This framework is bring rolled out to ensure that as our organisation becomes more data driven that we have the people, processes and technology in place to ensure data consistency, accountability, and accessibility across all levels of the business.
We will use the to session discuss how we are establishing governance structures and committees to maintain data quality, compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities, while rolling out key governance policies.
A key focus will be on insights enablement, discussing how we are empowering teams to independently access and analyse trusted data, reducing reliance on IT. Additionally, we will share how this model is working to foster collaboration between the central hub and local teams (spokes).
Overall, the session will provide an overview of our journey, the value delivered so far, and how these changes are enabling insight driven decision making within Dairygold.
