Garvan combines 20 years of executive experience across strategy and execution, transformation leadership, and deep domain experience in customer, digital and innovation with a proven track record of 10 years in customer, sales and service management. Bringing fresh perspectives, ambitious thinking and transformational change management to dynamic market and organisational challenges to unlock opportunities and execution.
Larry Mullen serves as VP of Analytics for Optum Ireland, part of UnitedHealth Group. In this role, he is responsible leading an analytics team of 400+ professionals that provide solutions to help people live healthier lives and help make the health system work better for everyone. Prior to starting with UnitedHealth Group in 2005, Larry worked for Accenture for seven years in various technology consulting roles. Larry holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance, both from the University of Notre Dame.
As the country lead, Alan is responsible for the successful adoption of SAS’s Data and AI capabilities across Finance, Public Sector and Health & Life Science customers in Ireland. Alan studied Electronic Engineering at UCD before a career in Financial Services with Credit Suisse, Depfa Bank Plc and Accenture where he worked in Market Risk, Risk Analytics and Digital Transformation.
Alan’s focus and passion is in empowering his customers and their teams with new and innovative technologies to drive smarter and faster decisions. To enable his passion Alan has built strong and enduring relationships in major Irish clients including AIB, PTSB and Bank of Ireland.
Alan is married, with three sons and a very small dog, lives in Drumcondra, Dublin. He is a huge sports fan and is a member of CLG Na Fianna.
John Lyons is ProStrategy’s Practice Director for Analytics & Business Performance Management. He is passionate about empowering clients to optimise performance through data analytics & AI. With over two decades' experience in Data Analytics and Technology enabled business transformation, John has a proven track-record of driving efficiency and helping clients meet their business objectives.
By partnering with world-leading technology providers, he helps design and implement data-driven solutions that drive value and growth. John's expertise spans multiple sectors, including financial services, retail/distribution, and manufacturing. He is known for his strategic thinking, leadership skills, and commitment to delivering innovative solutions that align with client business goals.
