Paul is the Head of Glanbia’s CoE for BI and Data Analytics.
Glanbia plc is a global nutrition company, grounded in science and nature, and dedicated to providing better nutrition for every step of life’s journey. The company employs over 6,100 people across 31 countries and its products are sold or distributed in over 130 countries with an annual turnover of €5.6 billion. The CoE for BI and Data Analytics is a multidisciplinary team of data professionals that provide strategic direction, solution development and end user capability to leverage data to drive insight and enhance the performance of the organisation. Paul holds a PhD in Chemistry and is an EU Marie Curie Fellow.

Paul’s presentation will share how aligning a data hungry workforce and best in class technology with strong leadership support has transformed how Glanbia uses data today.

Ana Le Chevillieris an Assistant Manager in the AI & Data practice at EY, where she primarily works with the Health Team to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions across the healthcare sector. Her journey into data science is rooted in a strong background in biomedical research. Ana studied Physiology at University College Dublin (UCD) and went on to complete a research Master’s in Translational Medicine. In 2024, Ana was named Young AI Role Model of the Year at the AI Awards Ireland.

Patrick Callinan is currently Chief Data Officer at CleverCards, an Irish fintech.He was previously Director of Insights and Data Science at CarTrawlerwhere he built and led an award-winning team.He's been a McKinsey consultant serving global clients, an Industrial Economics lecturer, an early adopter of AI at Channel4 in collaboration with University College London (an Alan Turing Institute University) and has a broad global network in the datasphere.
