The application process for the 2024 Analytics & AI Awards is designed to be straightforward and easy to complete. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Choose a category: Review the 14 categories offered and select the one that best matches your work or project. There are no limited to the number of applications that can be submitted by each individual/organisation.
Review criteria: Familiarise yourself with the criteria specific to your chosen category, which will help you prepare a strong application. Our expert judging panel will review applications based on the outlined criteria for each category.
Prepare your entry: Your submission should be in a Microsoft Word document format, and should consist of no more than 1000 words. Your submission should provide detailed information about your work or project including a title, authors, and a short synopsis of the submission (not included in word count).
Submit supporting materials: Along with your entry, you should also provide a high-resolution version of your company logo. For individual award categories ie. Practitioner of the year, please include a headshot in your application. This will be used in promotional materials if you are selected as a finalist.
Complete the submission form: Submit your entry and supporting materials via the online submission form provided on the event page.
Await notification: After the deadline for entries has passed, the judging panel will review all submissions and the finalists will be announced on Tuesday the 14th of May 2024.
The following key dates, terms and conditions apply to all entries for the 2024 Analytics & AI Awards by the Analytics Institute:

The decisions of the judges for shortlist are final and conclusive. No discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants must be based on the island of Ireland.
Where applications are submitted by multiple parties, at least one of the parties must be based in Ireland.
PHASE I - SHORTLISTING OF FINALISTS
Each entry must be submitted on an official entry portal online, within each award category, via analyticsinstitute.org.
The entrant is the person who, if a finalist, would be put forward to members of the Analytics Institute for shortlisting and, if a winner, would accept the award on the day. Entrants do not have to be a member of The Analytics Institute to apply.
Please ensure that your company is happy that your name and picture will appear in all publicity if you are successful in reaching the finals.
If you are an organisation nominating your client, please ensure that you are both in agreement about the company name and the entrant’s name as this is the one that appears as the finalist.
The initial adjudication of entries to determine the finalists for each award will be based on information provided on the word document submitted for entry. The judges will be looking for responses based on the Award Criteria for each award category. A Word document of no more than 1,000 words in total is required for entry.
Additional documentation will be accepted to support each entry.
Only members of the judging panel will have access to the entry form and any additional supporting documentation in Phase I of the process for the purpose of shortlisting.
The judging panel will assess entries against each award criteria.
Each judge must declare any conflict of interest with any entry. In the event that a judge is working in the same organisation as the entrant or are a direct competitor, they will be required to step back from assessing this particular award category.
Each entrant agrees for their name and organisation name to be shared on the website if they are chosen as a finalist and/or winner.
The decisions of the judges are final and conclusive. No discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
ENTRY FULFILMENT
When you submit your entry, you are allowing The Analytics Institute to use your personal details to process your entry. In the event of there being a problem with your entry we will communicate with you via telephone, email or letter.
PRIVACY
We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only for the purpose of processing applications for the Analytics & AI Awards by the Analytics Institute. This statement applies solely to information collected on this website. For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognises no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
DATA PROTECTION
It is our policy to never disclose any customer data to any third party, apart from such instances where the appointed judging panel are required to assess entries for the purpose of shortlisting for award categories. You can enter in the full confidence that your information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Your data will not be shared or sold to any third-party commercial companies or organisations.
