Developing a Data Strategy
The Analytics Institute Government and Public Sector Data Leaders Forum is designed to bring together leaders in the data & analytics sector to address challenges and opportunities unique to the public sector.
Our next Government Data Leaders event will take place at the Central Bank of Ireland on Thursday, 14 May, from 09:30 to 11:00.
This invitation-only session will bring together senior data leaders from across Government and the wider public service.
The focus of the discussion is developing a data strategy, with participating organisations at different stages of their journey—ranging from those who have already established strategies, to those currently developing them, and others at an earlier stage.
This event has been shaped in response to demand from Government Data Leaders to create a dedicated forum to:
- Share practical experiences from across the public service
- Explore common challenges in developing and implementing data strategies
- Exchange insights and lessons learned in a Government context
Our esteemed panel:
- Brian Dillon - Head of IT Strategy, Planning and Architecture at Central Bank of Ireland
- Martin Quigley - Director of Data and Analytics at Pobal
- Fiona Leheny - Investment Director - Data Analytics/MI at Irish Strategic Investment Fund, NTMA
- Sarah Glavey, Head of Public Service Transformation Policy, Department of Public Expenditure and Reform
The session will be peer-led, providing a valuable opportunity for open discussion and knowledge sharing among senior leaders working on similar priorities across Government.
Tea/Coffees & light breakfast will be served.
This event is invite-only for Data Government Leaders. All nominated Government Data Leaders will be sent an invite directly. If you are a government or semi-state body and would like to attend, please email [email protected]
