The delivery can be customised and includes a 1hour session with Susan in advance to tailor the content for your specific needs or challenges as an organisation.
This course is delivered live and can be delivered in-person/in a classroom environment or virtually.

Requirements:
There are no skill or knowledge pre-requisites for this course. All attendees receive digital copies of the teaching materials as well as exercise files and further useful resources. Attendees of either in-person or online sessions will need laptops to enable them to follow the materials and participate in the class activities.
There are no software requirements beyond having a modern browser and excel.
