Analytics Institute Masterclass Series.

Applying Creative Data Modelling & Visualization to your team’s performance potential

We begin the New Year with a BIG question for the leaders and managers of Analytics teams:

Q: What % of your data analytics team’s full potential is presently being exploited?

Take a moment to reflect on this BIG question.  Then imagine your team performing at 5%, 10%, or 15% ahead of where it is today. That is the focus of our Masterclass designed for leaders and managers of Analytics teams.

About the workshop

In this highly interactive workshop – styled on a pitstop – managers will engage with a powerful model of performance based on research with over 900 business units and teams in some of the world’s best organizations (including leaders in the technology space).

The objective is to identify specific opportunities for your data analytics team to maximize not just its performance, but its potential too.

In the process you will engage with a model used to visualize F1™-inspired BIG data on the performance of business units and teams in some of the world’s biggest organizations.  The model is used to bring data to life and tell a story – thereby overcoming the challenge of engaging executives with numbers and statistics.

 Booking this workshop

Places are limited to 35 people, so please book early to avoid disappointment. To be fair to each organisation we are applying a maximum of 2 participants per organisation. These participants should be Leaders or Managers.

International Workshop Facilitators

Led by Ray Collis (Oslo) and John O Gorman (Dublin) authors of 6 books on the topic of performance potential and co-founders of performance analytics company; Growth Pitstop®.
